November General Member Meeting

Mark your calendar for our November Meeting where we'll be giving our annual thanks to veterans. We've got a fantastic guest speaker lined up – veteran Kathy Maalouf. Ms. Maalouf is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with a diverse background in corporate leadership, intelligence analysis, and military service. After leading technical teams and intelligence operations, she pursued her passion for fitness and nutrition, earning a Master of Science in nutrition. A Navy reservist with 23 years of service, Kathy has been mobilized twice, including during Operation Iraqi Freedom. She is also an endurance athlete, completing multiple Ironman triathlons and marathons. Now, she works with athletes to optimize their nutrition and performance, and she remains active in veteran organizations.
