STACIE O'ROURKE
President
Stacie joined Soroptimist International of Staten Island in 2021. She served on the Board in many capacities; most recently as President-Elect. She is a small business owner and co-chair of the Forest Avenue West BID steering committee, current president of the Staten Island Business Council and an active member of Staten Island Kiwanis and SI Chamber of Commerce. A native Staten Islander, Stacie was born in Rosebank and now lives, and is very active in, the community of West Brighton. Stacie joined Soroptimist and is very passionate about improving and empowering women and girls in our community who aren’t always seen. In her spare time she is busy cooking or enjoying one of her many hobbies including scuba diving or archery.

JENNIFER BOLLINGER
President Elect
Jennifer has been a Soroptimist member since 2019. Jennifer served on the Board for many years as our trusted Treasurer. She enjoys being part of an organization that helps women and girls achieve success. Jennifer graduated from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and currently is an insurance underwriter. When she has free time, she loves to travel, bike ride, cook, entertain and spend time with her two grandchildren.
CONNIE WATERMAN
Treasurer
Connie is an alumna of Bernard M. Baruch College where she achieved a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Human Resources. Her passions for volunteerism, financial literacy, mentoring and sponsorship of youth and young professionals has led her to where she is today as a stand-out leader in Retail Banking. With over 35 years of experience, Connie has built a successful career holding various leadership roles in Training and Development, Coaching, and Project Management as a Branch Manager, Market Manager, and District Manager. As a VP Branch Manager, she is currently at Northfield Bank in Bulls Head.Connie’s success does not stop with her career. Connie is a wife and mother of 3 children. When not working or volunteering her time, Connie enjoys spending time with her family on vacation, gardening during the summers, and sports, namely Pickle Ball.
ANGIE DE POMPO-SEFF

Angie has been a Soroptimist for over 20 years. She is currently on the BOD and is the Chairperson of the Ruby Award Luncheon, which is a fundraiser to help needy and abused women. She owned and operated Angie DePompo Court Reporting Service for over 30 years.She was also on the BOD of Snug Harbor and American
Cancer Society in which she was an honoree at the Sword of Hope Ball. She was a member of the Chamber of Commerce helping and chairing with their annual dinner dances. Angie has been the first receipt of the Trailblazer Award by the Richmond County Bar Assoc. . She was a past president of the SI Ballroom Association which is her favorite hobby as well as an avid tennis player. Angie was
recognized for her achievements and received the 2024 Community Service Award. Besides the time spent on the business and charitable volunteering, Angie and her husband Neil always find
time for their nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
MARIA AULISA

Maria Aulisa has been a Soroptimist member since 2023 and serves as co-chair of the Fall Blingo event as well as a member of the Budget Committee.
Maria holds an accounting degree from Pace University and began her professional career as an auditor for JP Morgan Chase, where she soon discovered a passion for Human Resources and transitioned into an HR Generalist role. Currently, Maria manages a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Brooklyn and plays a pivotal role in her family’s liquor store business alongside her husband, Tony, to whom she has been married for 26 years.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Maria is deeply committed to community service. She was a dedicated Girl Scout troop leader for over 15 years and President of the St. Bernadette Home Academy Association for 5 years. She is actively involved in her parish community, co-chairing the parish Radio Bingo events among other initiatives.
Maria is a proud mother to two daughters, Grace and Julia. She enjoys spending time relaxing at the beach, shopping, and visiting Grace in Boston.

JADE SMITH
Delegate
Jade Smith is a Domestic Violence Case Manager and supports survivors of intimate partner violence through advocacy, crisis intervention, safety planning, and resource coordination. She is passionate about helping individuals and families overcome barriers and build pathways toward safety, stability, and independence.
Jade earned her Bachelor of Arts in Disability Studies from the City University of New York School of Professional Studies, with a concentration in Mental Health and a minor in Sociology. Her professional background includes disability advocacy, independent living services, and community-based support, with a focus on advancing equity and improving access to essential resources.
As a member and Delegate of Soroptimist International of Staten Island, Jade is committed to empowering women and girls through education, mentorship, and service. She values the opportunity to collaborate with fellow members to create meaningful change in the community and support programs that help women and girls achieve their goals.

Lia has been a Soroptimist since 2017. She began her Soroptimist service in Georgia as a member of Soroptimist International Kutaisi Colchis, where she later served as Project Manager and led four initiatives focused on the economic empowerment of girls and women. She continued her service as Vice President of the club, advancing programs that supported women, survivors of domestic violence, and vulnerable communities.
In 2026, Lia joined Soroptimist International of Staten Island,
bringing with her more than two decades of leadership experience
in civil society, women’s empowerment, social inclusion, and community development. She currently serves on the club’s Board
of Directors and as an Alternate Delegate.
For 16 years, Lia served as Executive Director and Chair of the
Board of the Education Development and Employment Center, a leading Georgian civil society organization dedicated to expanding access to education, employment, and social inclusion
opportunities. Over her 26+ year career, she has designed,
managed, and implemented 197 projects, many of which
introduced innovative pilot models, supported policy reforms, and created sustainable services for vulnerable groups.
Her professional path also includes public service as Head of the Territorial Office of the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons and Refugees, where she worked to support internally displaced
persons, refugees, and other vulnerable communities. Lia is also a co-founder and Board Member of the Social Enterprise Alliance of Georgia and has served on advisory bodies of distinguished organizations, including Peace Corps Georgia. She was honored by the Supreme Council of the Republic of Abkhazia in recognition of her efforts toward the restoration of Georgian-Abkhazian relations and her active civic engagement to support internally displaced
people.
Lia holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, with her research and professional work focused on diversity management and the development of social enterprises. She represented Soroptimist
International at CSW68 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
Through her leadership, research, public service, and volunteer
work, Lia continues to advance women’s economic empowerment, social inclusion, and equal opportunities for communities in
Georgia and the United States.

DAWN REID-GREEN
Director
Dawn has been a Soroptimist for over 10 years. Dawn loves helping people. Being a member of Soroptimist allows her to assist her community and meet a diverse group of wonderful women with the same interests. When she's not presiding over Special Education cases as an Administrative Law Judge or serving her beloved sorority, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, you can find her spinning, crafting, and catching up on Netflix.
Tina has been member of SISI since 2015, joining the BOD in 2017 and served as Club President from 2024-2026. She has worn many hats in the community and is most proud of her work as a Nursing Assistant for 12 years at Carmel Richmond Nursing Home, which additionally led to her current 23 year and counting career as an LMT. Tina also shares in the community her unique expertise as a certified women’s foundation wear stylist, specializing in hard to fit sizes and mastectomy fittings and is otherwise known around town as The Bra Lady. She has been married to Craig Murphy for 20 years and they have 2 sons and 2 fur babies and live in Huguenot. Active in her community and Church, she also serves on the BSA committee as fundraising chair for Troop 5 Our Lady Star of the Sea, where she is also a certified grief counselor with Rainbows International. In her spare time she uses her ability to connect with the elderly and volunteers for the NY CASC friendly visitor program. She and Craig are members of the SI ballroom dance club and her personal hobbies include scrapbooking and crafting and while she has a flair and passion for cooking, baking is definitely NOT her forte. Tina’s love and tenacity for Soroptimist International of Staten Island cannot be summed up in just a few short sentences, as she states “When women come together to help other women, clear the way….something worldly and worthy is about to be witnessed."
